Tickets purchased at Royal Golf Club are only valid to that day and the time they are issued to and
only that specific sports activity they are purchased too. The ticket can only be canceled within a
given time period that appears on every activity. If the ticket is purchased with no canceling
opportunity it will appear clearly when purchased.
Delivery:

Control:
The ticket must be presented at arrival to the activity provider. The ticket can only be used once.
If you are unable to present your ticket at your arrival to the activity provider you lose the
rights to access the sports activity.
Payments methods / Payment Cards:
When you pay at Royal Golf Club you can pay with payment cards directly in continuation of the
purchase. The payment will be deducted when the payment is inserted on your account at Royal Golf
Club. Royal Golf Club uses ePay which ensures that your payment is secure and certified by Nets. At
www.epay.dk you can read about secure payment via the internet. For more information about payments
via the internet, we refer to www.forbrug.dk.
Royal Golf Club deposit:
A deposit at Royal Golf Club is valid in 2 years.
Cancellation:
As a private consumer, you have 14 days full right of withdrawal on payments, from the date of
purchase. Deposits made within 14 days can be canceled and Royal Golf Club will return the amount.
It is only possible to cancel the deposit if the entire amount is valid at your Royal Golf Club
account. You do not need to state why you regret the purchase. If no activity is presented, the
ticket will not be refunded.
Refund:
If no activity is presented, the ticket will not be refunded.

We take reservations to change the specification of the product and printing errors.
